I Wish I had a Taiko

I learned three Japanese words today.

Irashaimasu: Welcome
Hayakusiro!: Hurry up!
Taiko: Drums

I worked "Hashima Taiko With Many Hands" today at the ASB. Its amazing how they beat those drums, parang Kung Fu ba, especially one Japanese girl who was jumping up and on her way down, smashed them drums with her clubs. It was raw power and pure sound that reverberrated off your spine. It was like rolling thunder, and when they stopped, even the silence felt powerful.
