Officemate birth anniversary party.

The Truckie protest on my way to work.

Maxx helping me get to Sylvia Park.

ADHB & ARHB Building 15 Asian connection having yum char (or yum cha) at Grand Park Resto in Alexandra Park.

While running home, I bumped into All Blacks Rodney So'oialo waiting for the bus. Sorta.

The night it rained hale.

The last one is not mine (his) :).

My new K800i.

I had to retire my Siemens M65 as it was faling to pieces (Dear Siemens: we had a great time while it lasted). Got my k800i from Vodafone for just NZ$40 (or $20?) on a two year, $40 bucks a month plan (not bad).

Technically got three cameras now, a D40, Stylus 770sw, and this... I NEED them all to capture my new life in NZ, OKAYYY!!

Fine... I don't... But a boy can never have too many cameras (or sneakers), sigh.

Isang Linggong Pagibig

Like nung Monday...

Tossed baby salad greens, topped with cherry tomatoes, flaked tuna and olive oil...

Tuesday...
Oven baked New Zealand mussels, topped with butter, garlic and parmessan cheese...

Wednesday...
Fruit salad, made with fresh cut watermelon, pineapple, mango, mixed light sugar syrup..

Thursday...
Deep-fried fresh caught snapper, topped with red and green capsicum, carrots, onion and garlic...

And Friday...

NYEAHHHHHH!!! Anu yan???

Photos by Karl.

Hehe.. Yumm...

Kantahan muna tayo mga kapatid:

This is New Zealand

I have crossed a thousand bridges
In my search for something real
There were great suspension bridges
Made of spiderwebs of steel

Oo na, it's kinda gay, pero ano magagawa ko, eh that's the song that played on and on (and on) in my head as I soaked up this scene. We went tramping in Waiheke Island two weeks ago and did the Northern Walk. Amazing how 45 minutes from the city you get this. Back home an hour beyond Las Pinas you'd be in Molino Road (Traffic eh)... Or maybe Corregidor, which is pretty but... You know what I mean.

Ahh, these are the days that I really appreciate New Zealand: Te Whenua o Aotearoa, rolling hills, sailboats, the youngest country on Earth, the land of just 5 million people. And it isn't just a pretty face either.

Enjoy the pictures and enjoy Waiheke.

We took the Fuller's ferry downtown, arriving at Matiatia wharf at high noon. We followed a hidden (or to be exact, partially submerged) trail behind the port.

That's the Tekateka hill.

Tess doing her Bb. Pilipinas Pose (or holding invisible trays??).

Shiva po yang ginagawa namin... errr.. never mind.

Ang lambot ng grass maski tuyo... At walang mga anik-anik na nangangagat...

The map took us through secret bays, vineyards and lookout points with 360-degree views. We even found a cave that led to a secret beach. The map said the trail will take max 3 Hours walk. Well, helloooo... Mali ang map, kasi it took us 5 hours... Ay akala namin 3 hours walk AND picture taking

We capped it with a swim near the wharf. Medyo kadiri kasi murky yung ilalim, but a nice way to end a fine, fine day.

There's a bridge made of colors
In the sky high above
And
I'm certain there must be
Bridges made out of love

La, la, la...

Ang Boyfriend Kong Baduy

Crocs Men's Crete Sandals: NZ$49.99

5-year old Old Navy Cargo shorts: NZ$25

Eye-2-Eye Aviator Shades bought at SM Manila: NZ$10

A T-shirt with a photo of Nora Aunor and
Christopher Deleon "In Love":

Priceless

I'm a sucker for all things Baduy, and to all those asking where I get these, they're from The T-Shirt Project. I bought a bunch for myself and as pasalubong last December at Trinoma.

Everything except Mang Tomas is from The T-Shirt Project.

So if you love me (or owe me money), you'll know what to get for my Birthday. Ano ba, mura lang toh no, P200-300++. Gusto ko yung Kuyug, Trust Condom and the Rico J shirt, just in case pwede magrequest.

Kaululan sa Uruweras (Attack of Giganta)

One day, sa Uruweras...

Si Giganta, surveying her kingdom:

Kasi, according to the NZIS, having a Work to Residence category visa allows you to get a temporary work visa and/or permit as a step towards gaining permanent residence, kaso 6 months lang nakuha ko, so before ako i-kickout dito...."

Giganta:

"Hah, shat ap you fool! I bet tourist visa lang dala mo! Inaagaw ninyong mga Pinoy ang mga job opportunities ng mga kapatid kong Indian! Where's my shoe?? I'll kill you like a cigarette(sic)!!!"

Tuny:

"Ahh!!! Pana pala si Giant, amoy curry ang paa, Ahhhhh...."

Syet, pang URIAN. Don't worry, I wasn't harmed during this shoot, kasi nakuha ko na residence ko last September. And if you think maarte na pose ko, check this out...

I'm back!

Sorry for the long hiatus (is that spelled correctly?). I've been busy. OK, not that busy that I can't fool around the office. It's just that I've been busy with something else aside from blogging.

With what? Well, like taking photos.

The last one was ment to be a joke. Doesn't her face make you feel say, "WADDAHECK IS WRONG WITH YOU TODAY?!?!??)

You like my photos? Hire me as your wedding photographer (I dare you, you lilly-liver-chicken...)

I'm a professional...

.. voyeur.

I started a new photo blog where I can shamelessly show-off my photography skill sets, which are a far cry from those I idolize, such as my friends John Chua and Ben Chan of Adphoto (Don't get excited, not Ben Chan of Bench, but Ben Chan of... Bacolod?) .

Forgive me, I'm self-taught(well I had a few units of photojournalism at UST, and still don't know my ISO from my aperture and shutter speeds). Maybe when I finally con the office in paying for a photography 101 class I'll get better.

And maybe, I can even become.. gasp... a wedding photographer (love birds, beware, MUWAHAHHAHAHAHA).

A sample.

Scenes that make you uhmmm...

Fooling around with my camera phone and our company-issued Canon 350D. The title says it all.

What's wrong with this photo? Nothing like getting a big fat cheque under your door (or is it an ordinary cheque and a miniature room)

Lagot ka MMDA...

I can actually see batman at the balcony.

I dropped by my elementary school last month, and they gave me my kindergarten graduation certificate in mint condition.

I wanna move to Venezuela!!

Have you heard of Spencer Tunick?

He's an artist who absolutely loves taking pictures of naked people. He loves it so much that he just convinced 1,500 Venezuelans to don their bday suits and pose in Caracas' main city square. The guy must have one of the best jobs in the world!

Makes me think: If I was there participating, sorrounded by all those beautiful naked Venezuelan bodies(To date the country has the most successful overall performance in the last decade in the world pageant circuit), what would I say if I suddenly get a hard-on?

- "Its cold...."
- "Sorry, I'm just happy to be here."
- "A-10-shun!"
- "Limbo-rock time!"
- "I'm selling Viagra, want some?"
- "Hello! I'm Tuny" (If i accidentally poke someone from behind)
- "It's really like that, stop looking!"
- "Sorry, I just woke up."

[How about you, what would you say?]

During a shopping trip with my mom last year sa Uniwide Coastal Mall, I tried to entertain myself by taking photos using my Siemens M65.

A really hard cock. Obviously it was the year of the rooster.

Cow in a shoe. I'm not really sure what this is, or what it is for, but it looks like a porcelain cow with a shoe for a body.

Click: Beba in a glass

As a kid I was always amazed whenever my Mom and Dad(+) came home from parties, with pictures of them as Time: Man of the Year, or as Calendar Models, or them in a wine glass. "Ang laking baso naman nun", "Wow, parents ko sikat!" said an 8-year-old Tuny.

This is my own version of that wine glass photo, with my cousin's baby Beba as my model.

So 80's, hehehe.
